Home Visits during surgery hours can be arranged for emergencies or if a patient is unable to travel. Please contact the surgery before noon if possible to make appropriate arrangements.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of appointments require at least 2 hours notice. Regrettably it has become necessary to introduce fees for appointments that are not kept or not cancelled. These fees WILL NOT attract a Medicare rebate and will need to be paid before any further appointments.

Whooping cough vaccine is available for all new parents.
Grandparents and any other adults who will regularly care for infants less than 12 months of age will require a script, or can purchase the vaccine from the clinic.
Health Assessments
Casey Medical Centre offers Health Assessments for persons 75 years and over.
The assessment takes 30-45 minutes and can be arranged through our Reception. There is no charge for the visit.
Repeat Prescriptions & Test Results
If you ring for test results or require a repeat prescription, please contact the surgery between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Urgent prescriptions will require an appointment, otherwise please allow 24 hours notice.
