MAKING APPOINTMENTS
We run an appointment system but keep a few
times open to fit in urgent problems.
You may make an appointment with your doctor
by telephoning or calling into the surgery.
Please advise the receptionist if a longer
consultation is anticipated or if multiple
family members are to be seen. Urgent
medical problems will be dealt with
promptly. Please advise if you are
unable to keep an appointment.  |

TELEPHONING YOUR DOCTOR
The doctors will take phone calls relating
to you or your family's health. If
they are seeing patients when you call they
may need to call you back. If you
phone for results, please call between 9am
and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Prescriptions for medicines taken regularly
may be obtained without seeing the doctors,
if he/she has agreed to this. Requests
can be made by phone (between 9am and 5pm,
Monday to Friday), letter or by calling into
the surgery. A small fee applies to
this service. We prefer at least 24
hours notice to deal with your request.
Urgent prescriptions will require an
appointment.

REMINDER SYSTEMS
Our practice is committed to preventative
care. We may send you a reminder
notice from time to time offering
preventative health services appropriate to
your care. If you do not wish to be
part of this system please let us know.

patient consultations and medical records
are kept strictly confidential. From
time to time this practice invites patients
to complete a questionnaire on their views
of the practice and how it could be
improved. These surveys are completely
confidential and help us improve our
